Your New Gig 💼

As Sales Manager – Token Listings you will be responsible for acquiring new tokens to list with Banxa. This will require building relationships with token and blockchain projects in order to sell them our token listing services. This will involve

  • Prospecting: personally engaging with the Web3 community online and in person to generate token and blockchain project leads.
  • Partnering: building referral partnerships with other providers that service token and blockchain projects such as Web3 agencies and infrastructure providers.
  • Qualifying: assessing the leads that generated from referral partners, our sales development representative and organically online.
  • Managing: managing the pipeline of token and blockchain projects and the sales development representative.
  • Selling: closing the deal with token and blockchain projects including contracting and collecting payment.
  • Onboarding: collecting the information required for our compliance team to approve the token or blockchain.Listing: gathering any information required from our operations team to assist them with completing the listing process.

What You’ll Do 👀

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify key players in the crypto ecosystem, including token projects, exchanges, and other digital asset platforms.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
  • Qualify Leads: Understand the needs and objectives of prospective clients, identifying how Banxa’s token listing solutions can help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships Teams: Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and other sales team members to ensure alignment in messaging and approach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track, report, and manage leads to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly regarding token listings.

  • Crypto Expertise: You bring a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, having worked in the cryptocurrency sector for at least 1+ years, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and navigating the unique challenges of this dynamic space.
  • Proven Sales Success: You have a track record of excellence in sales, boasting a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a results-driven sales role where you consistently exceeded targets and contributed to evenue growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You excel in clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal, enabling you to build trust and influence across diverse audiences, from clients to internal teams.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, embracing change, and maintaining focus in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: You’re not just about activity but outcomes. You set high standards for yourself and those you work with, ensuring that effort translates into measurable success.

Logistics

This is a fully remote role. You will also be required to travel internationally in order to build relationships with new token and blockchain project.
