Position Overview
Responsible for driving new sales for the company. This includes defining target accounts, creating attack plans for targets, updating and managing the CRM, and reporting weekly to sales leadership on progress in the market.
Essential Job Functions
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales materials.
- Develop and implement Go to Market plan with SVP Sales
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Create Attack Plans to achieve their sales goals.
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Review customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Create sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
Non-essential Job Functions

- Create PowerPoints that address market needs
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Master’s degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership position.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM
software. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods.
- Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
