We are searching for a diligent, enthusiastic and professional Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team department who will have a unique opportunity to focus entirely on token listing sales and be engaging directly with key segments in the crypto space.
You will work closely with the Sales team and will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying prospective clients looking to list their tokens on Banxa. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for the crypto industry, is excited about developing new business, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do 👀
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify key players in the crypto ecosystem, including token projects, exchanges, and other digital asset platforms.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
- Qualify Leads: Understand the needs and objectives of prospective clients, identifying how Banxa’s token listing solutions can help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships Teams: Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and other sales team members to ensure alignment in messaging and approach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track, report, and manage leads to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly regarding token listings.
You should apply if ✅
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development in crypto and web3
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, particularly around token launches and exchanges.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
